Crossie Studios is a content creation and photography service based in London, UK, run by Ariana Crosdale. We help small businesses create high-quality photo and video content for their social media and websites.

What information we collect
When you get in touch with us, we may collect the following: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, the name of your business, and any details you share about your content needs — through our website inquiry form, by emailing us directly, or by booking a consultation call through Calendly.
If you choose to sign up to receive updates or tips from us in future, we will also collect your email address for that purpose separately and only with your explicit permission.
We do not collect any payment information directly — if payments are processed, this is handled by a secure third-party provider and we never see your full card details.

 

 

Why we collect it
We collect your information for the following reasons:
To respond to your inquiry — to get back to you about your project, arrange a consultation call, and discuss your needs.
To deliver our services — to manage your project, communicate during shoots and editing, and deliver your content.
To send you updates, if you've opted in — if you have separately and explicitly signed up to hear from us, we may occasionally send you tips, offers, or news about Crossie Studios. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will never add you to a mailing list without your clear permission first.
We will never contact you for marketing purposes based solely on an inquiry or booking — those are two separate things and we treat them that way.

 

 

How we store your information
Your information is stored securely within our email inbox and within Calendly's booking system. If and when we launch a mailing list, subscriber information will be held within a dedicated email marketing platform and you will be informed of which one at the point of sign-up.
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to complete your project and fulfil any legal obligations. Client correspondence is retained for up to six years in line with HMRC guidelines.

Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.
The only third-party tools that may handle your data as part of our service are:

Calendly — our booking tool, which processes your name and email address when you book a consultation call. You can read Calendly's privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

An email marketing platform (to be confirmed) — if and when we launch a mailing list, we will update this policy to name the platform used and link to their privacy policy.
